Founded in 2010, Sunbond is a professional hot-work die steel forging company based in Tanbu Town, Huadu District, Guangzhou. We focus on the sale and re-forging of hot-work die steel. Our experienced R&D, quality-control and forging teams work closely with Guangdong Tianfumei Heat Treatment Co., Ltd. Every forging undergoes strict annealing, ultrasonic testing and metallographic inspection before shipment. Supported by 5,000-ton and 8,000-ton hydraulic presses, we can produce electroslag remelted steel to customer requirements. Our forged products serve automotive die-casting dies, wheel moulds, machinery components, extrusion dies and industrial tooling applications.

Material and drawing review
The grade, dimensions, delivery condition and acceptance requirements need to be agreed before production.

Forging and annealing
Forging resources include 5,000-ton and 8,000-ton hydraulic presses. Annealing support is provided in cooperation with Guangdong Tianfumei Heat Treatment Co., Ltd.

Inspection before shipment
The existing company process includes annealing, ultrasonic testing and metallographic inspection for forgings before shipment.

Project-specific delivery
Certificates, test scope, packaging and schedule should be confirmed against the quotation and order requirements.
