- Grade, governing standard and any customer-specific specification.
- Dimensions
- Diameter or section, length, machining allowance and piece weight if known.
- Delivery condition
- Required annealed or other delivery condition; specify ESR if your drawing calls for it.
- Inspection
- Material certificate, ultrasonic testing, hardness or metallographic requirements, with acceptance criteria.

Send the drawing or sketch, material specification, quantity and machining allowance. Sunbond will review the requested shape and delivery condition before confirming a quotation.
How should I specify testing?
State the required test method, standard and acceptance level in the inquiry. The agreed quotation and inspection documents should define what is included.
